Hours

Our operating hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday (tuition covers up to 9 hours per day), with exceptions noted below. Full-time and part-time options are available. Every effort will be made to meet the needs of families.

Frog Pond is open year-round with the exception of announced holiday closings and teacher workshop days.

Annual holidays include the following:

• New Year’s Day

• Martin Luther King Day

• President’s Day

• Memorial Day

• Juneteenth

• July 4

• Labor Day

• Indigenous Peoples Day

• Thanksgiving Day and Friday after Thanksgiving

• December 25th (or announced alternate Monday or Friday if December 25th is on a weekend).

Employee training week is announced on the yearly calendar. These are mandatory for employees. The school will be closed to students during that week.
Family Work Parties are held twice per year and are announced on the yearly calendar. Families are asked to devote four hours on a Saturday morning twice per year to help build community and enrich and improve our school environment. Those who are unable to participate must contribute $200 in lieu of participation to help cover Work Party expenses.
