Current Staff
In addition to being a wonderful place for children, Frog Pond is also a great place to work. Our staff is made up of individuals representing a variety of cultures and ethnicities. The teacher/administrative retention rate at Frog Pond is very high, as we celebrate a diverse, safe, and nurturing place to grow as a teacher and childcare professional.

Hello everyone, I’m Anushuya. I have been a teacher for tadpoles at the Frog Pond Early Learning Center for 9 years. When I was a child, I wanted to be a teacher when I grew up. I decided to teach young children because I love their innocent faces, smiles, hugs, and talking with them! My family has been my biggest influence in life. My teaching style is to provide a safe, nurturing, and FUN environment. I promote physical, social, cognitive, and creative development to children. I encourage families to participate in our many celebrations and join our learning and FUN! I am really proud of the teamwork and understanding we have for each other.

Hi, I’m Maxwell.! I’m so excited to return for my third year as a preschool teacher at Frog Pond! It’s been such a joy to be part of this school family, and I can’t wait to continue helping our little learners grow and thrive.
I’m an energetic and outgoing person who loves to make children laugh. Whether I’m being silly or tripping over my words, it’s all worth it just to see their bright smiles! Outside of teaching, I’m a huge sports fan—especially basketball, which I’ve been playing since 3rd grade. I’ve also had the chance to play lacrosse in college and football in high school, so sports have always been close to my heart.
I’m so excited to meet all the kids and parents again and can’t wait to see how much our students will grow in the year ahead!
