Admissions and Applicaiton

Upon inquiry, interested parents will receive and introductory letter and application. In order to secure a spot on our waiting list, parents must submit an application and $200 deposit/registration fee, which will initiate the enrollment process. All forms, including medical and emergency forms, must be completed and returned along with the first month's tuition. Tuition is paid in advance on the 20th of the month prior to attendance. 

Physical Examination

We must have on file documentation of all age-appropriate immunizations before a child begins at the school. Without appropriate documentation, children without documentatio of immunization will not be permitted to attend in accordance with regulations of the State Board of Health.

Withdrawal

Parents are asked to give a minimum of two weeks notice prior to withdrawal, though more is appreciated. Parents may be asked to immediately remove a child from the program in the event of excessive discipline problems or danger to other children. The center retains the right to remove any child from enrollment and will attempt to give at least two weeks notice.
