YogaDance Class by Frog Pond Mom

Join Frog Pond mom, Cheryl Sabo for Dance Yoga!

Let Your Yoga Dance:  Dance your Chakras!  Through joyful, FUN, open-to-anyone movement, we connect fully to ourselves and our community.

Cheryl discovered YogaDance last year up at Kripalu and found it to be a life-changing experience.  She’s decided to go back in June to complete her teacher training and to be able to bring it more fully into our community.  In the interim, she is practicing and learning the flow of this particular style and is hosting several FREE classes over the next couple of weeks.

“Let Your Yoga Dance,” or simply “YogaDance,” is one of the most popular classes at Kripalu. It is nothing but pure fun. You don’t have to be a good dancer, there are no steps to memorize, and you will not feel intimidated or stupid — in fact, you will feel terrific! It’s fun for men too, so don’t be shy…
